Ogilvy PR Gains Air, Rail Accounts

ATLANTA Ogilvy Public Relations said it has added two clients to its roster.

SITA and Railcar Management Inc. (RMI), both of Atlanta, have chosen the shop to provide public relations services, product analysis, media and corporate relations and strategic counsel.

SITA produces global network and network-enabled business solutions for the air transport industry. RMI offers transportation, revenue and equipment management systems and services to the short-line and regional railroad industry in North America.

For RMI, Ogilvy has teamed with Macquarium Intelligent Communications, an Atlanta-based interactive strategy and development firm, to develop projects. The new work will strengthen and position SITA’s brand in the Southeast, said Ben Boyd, client director of communications.

Both companies said Ogilvy PR was chosen because of its technology relationships and experience.

“We were presented with a strong, experienced team and felt an immediate connection,” said Paul Pascutti, vice president of marketing for RMI.
