With the British economy starting to recover from the effects of the pandemic, O2 Business has released a multimillion-dollar campaign that reaches out to small- to medium-sized businesses, or SMBs.

Alongside creative from VCCP, the “Record Store” TV ad features Ted trying to keep his shop open and dealing with a business climate in flux. He’s helped by O2’s robot brand mascot Bubl, who is portrayed as “a trusted partner” for the customer.
