Lorraine McNeill-Popper has joined New York independent Prime Access as executive creative director, the shop said. The 48-year-old exec replaces Lisa Llewellyn, who left the multicultural shop in September. McNeill-Popper, who reports to CEO Howard Buford, had been a group creative director at independent UniWorld, here. Prime Access’ clients include JPMorgan Chase and AstraZeneca.
