DALLAS Nokia is reviewing agencies to handle Hispanic advertising work, sources said.

Sources said the telecommunications company has heard presentations from del Rivero Messianu DDB, in Coral Gables, Fla., Omnicom’s Dieste Harmel & Partners in Dallas and independent Cartel Creativo in San Antonio.

It is unclear whether Grupo Gallegos in Long Beach, Calif., which has handled work in the past, is participating. Stan Richards, a principal of The Richards Group in Dallas, has a stake in Grupo Gallegos.
