CHICAGO Element 79 Partners has hired John Noble Jr. as senior vice president, director of broadcast production, a new position.
Noble, 40, held the same title at The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va. He also has worked at Gray Kirk/VanSant in Baltimore, and New York shops McCann-Erickson and DDB.
Noble, who starts in August, will report to chief creative officer Dennis Ryan.
