Nielsen Marketing Presidency to Flaschen

NORTHBROOK, ILL. – Nielsen Marketing Research named David J.S. Flaschen, 37, president/chief operating officer of North American operations, succeeding George Garrick, who returned to Information Resources Inc. after only four months at Nielsen. Flaschen had been vp/software development and production for sister-company IMS International in London.
