Nichols Assumes Presidency

The Abovo Group in Atlanta has named 25-year technology and marketing strategist Rick Nichols president. The new hire frees up agency founder and CEO Karen See to focus on new business development. Nichols, 50, will manage account service and executive coaching for Abovo’s existing clients. He began his career at Management Science America, which later became Dun & Bradstreet Software. At that company, he rose to the position of vice president of tactical marketing and then to vice president and general manager of human resources products. Most recently, Nichols was vice president and principal of The Complex Sale, a marketing company in Alpharetta, Ga.
