Avocados and the Super Bowl are inextricably linked in advertising history, with Game Day widely considered to be the biggest day for avocado sales nationwide due to the popularity of chips and guacamole at events.

After sitting out the 2021 game, Avocados From Mexico (AFM) has announced that they will be returning for the February 2022 game with a 30-second spot and a 360 integrated campaign.

On Nov. 2, former quarterback and football legend Drew Brees suggested on Twitter that someone football audiences know and love may be returning for the 2022 Big Game, following this teaser up with a short video explaining that AFM will be the ones making a comeback “in a big way.”
