washington The liberal political interest group MoveOn.org aired an ad last week that accused President Bush of using the Sept. 11 attacks as an excuse to invade Iraq. The ad was timed to coincide with last Thursday’s testimony of National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice before the 9/11 Commission.
