Tampa Digital Studios has added four staffers. Andy Frey has joined the Tampa, Fla., company as director of information technology services. Previously, he was vice president of development for Wright & Hunter in Birmingham, Ala. Rob Tisler has been named director of creative services. His resume includes stops at AFI/Filmworks in Miami, where he was executive producer and account supervisor, and Diamond P Production Group in Clearwater, Fla., where he was creative director. Jeff McKown, appointed director of production services, will oversee infomercial, corporate video, film and broadcast commercial shoots.
