Signature Advertising has hired two staffers. Jay Witherspoon joins the Memphis, Tenn., shop as an online solutions manager. Most recently, he was Web development manager at Conway Brown, also in Memphis. Laura Rogers has been installed as account coordinator. She formerly managed the agronomic office at Old Waverly Golf Course in West Point, Miss.
