McClain Finlon Advertising in Denver has added Alison Hill as business manager of its Qwest account, overseeing project management. Hill was formerly an account executive at Foote Cone & Belding in New York, where she worked on Beiersdorf brands including Eucerin, Curad, Aquaphor and Nivea for Men. She also supervised advertising and direct marketing efforts for JP Morgan Chase. In addition, Nicole Hebert has joined the shop’s new business development team as marketing manager, with responsibility for driving all agency marketing initiatives.
