Lee Schmidt has joined Stephan & Brady, Madison, Wis., as creative director. Schmidt has held posts at Minneapolis shops Charleston Orwig, Martin/Williams and Schmidt Dalton. As creative director, Schmidt will work on Echo, Penda Truck Accessories and Manitowoc Ice, among other accounts. The agency also hired DaryInn Choles as senior art director. Choles worked at Hoffman York in Milwaukee, BBDO in Chicago and freelanced at various agencies.
