NEW YORK The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has awarded $10 million in creative duties to the Neiman Group and $20 million in media chores to Harmelin Media, the client confirmed.

In addition to the departments of health, insurance and welfare, on which Neiman was the creative and media incumbents, the Harrisburg, Pa.-based client added creative duties on transportation and forestry and environmental resources, which had employed four shops in the past.

“The departments are looking to consolidate and maximize their dollars by screwing this thing together,” said Steve Neiman, CEO of the Neiman Group in Harrisburg.
