ATLANTA — The National Guard Bureau has retained incumbent Laughlin, Marinaccio & Owens to handle advertising for the Army and Air National Guards, according to the client.

The Arlington, Va. shop, which has held the account since 1995, defended against WestWayne in Atlanta and two other undisclosed bidders for the business.

The award for the contract is $150 million over a five year period, according to a statement from the NGB. Work includes television, radio, print and promotions and direct marketing targeting young adults aged 18-26.
