ATLANTA Interpublic Group’s Mullen has been chosen to handle advertising and marketing for the 2007 launch of Four Seasons Ocean Residences, a cruise ship with permanent dwellings being built through a joint venture between Four Seasons Hotels and Ocean Development Group, the agency said.

The annual budget for marketing the ship is $3-4 million, said Neal Rubin, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Miami-based ODG.

Mullen bested independent Dana Communications of Hopewell, N.J., in the final round of a review.
