MRM Partners Realigns Top Management

LOS ANGELES Relationship-marketing agency network MRM Partners Worldwide has created three new management positions.

Steve Woolford has been promoted to worldwide managing director for MRM interactive marketing division Zentropy Partners. Michael Hughes has been promoted to North American regional director for MRM, and Jane Tubb has joined MRM as Asia-Pacific regional director. All three posts report to Pamela Maphis Larrick, CEO of MRM Partners Worldwide.

With the interactive marketplace evolving and the different dynamics of working with clients in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, Larrick said MRM wants to “reaffirm to the network and our clients that we are able to bring a full array of solutions in a very challenging business world.”

Woolford, 50, was previously executive vice president and managing director of Zentropy in Los Angeles. A four-year veteran of the McCann-Erickson WorldGroup unit, he will now lead Zentropy offices in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Frankfurt, London and Sydney and work with an additional 22 offices in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Woolford said he will continue to emphasize analytics and customer insight as standards for Zentropy offices around the world.

Hughes, 48, was formerly MRM’s worldwide group account director for Microsoft. Based in San Francisco, Hughes will also lead MRM offices in Los Angeles, New York, Princeton, N.J., Seattle, Toronto, Minneapolis, Detroit, Dallas and Kansas City. Hughes said he will continue to work on Microsoft, and in his new position, will attempt to bring clients additional resources from MRM partner companies.

Tubb, 44, most recently had been a group managing director at Clemenger BBDO in Sydney, Australia. Based in MRM in Sydney, she will also oversee offices in Bangalore, Bombay and New Delhi, India; Hong Kong; Seoul, Korea; and Tokyo.
