NEW YORK Havas’ Media Planning Group has successfully defended the media buying and planning portion of the Air France account after a review, the company said.

Air France spent approximately $85 million on ads last year, per Secodip, a French research company.

MPG has held the Air France media account for 15 years. It is handled out of the agnecy’s office in Paris.

MPG retained the business against several large, undisclosed media agencies.
