BBDO New York has awarded senior vp titles to creative supervisor Bill Bruce and associate media director John Osborn and vp posts to account supervisors Joshua Sacks and Claire Veber. John Manning, creative director of Mamaroneck-based Austin Lawrence Group, was made a partner at the advertising and public relations agency. Manning joined the company in 1987 as creative supervisor.
