Greg McCastle joined The Weather Channel Cos. as president, advertising sales and marketing for The Weather Channel, a newly created position. He will steer the advertising sales functions of The Weather Channel and weather.com. McCastle is based in the network’s New York office; The Weather Channel, which is based in Atlanta, also has advertising sales offices in Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco and Los Angeles. McCastle most recently worked at News Corp., where he served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for News Digital Media.
