NEW YORKCline, Davis & Mann in New York promoted two executives to succeed Morgan Cline, chairman and CEO, and Clyde Davis, president and executive creative director. Jack Slonaker succeeds Cline as chairman, also becoming chief operating officer; Slonaker was previously executive vice president, director of operations. Edward Wise succeeds Davis as president, also becoming CEO; he most recently served as executive vice president, creative director. The moves are effective immediately. Cline and Davis will continue on at the shop as consultants for the foreseeable future. CDM is a unit of Omnicom Group.Media Logic in Albany hired three new staffers. Tim Nerney was named an art director; he previously served as an art director at Dynamic Appli cations in Troy. Shannon Lane joined as an account coordinator, working on Visa; she had been an online recruiter and branch administrator at Kief fer Martin Ltd./Globalquest Solutions. Michelle Glenn was appointed office receptionist; she formerly was a recruitment specialist for The Post & Courier newspaper in Charleston, S.C. In addition, Media Logic promoted four staff ers. Carol Ainsburg rose to studio manager; she previously worked as a senior multimedia artist. Jenni fer Hoehn was elevated to director of studio services; she formerly was production manager. Lloyd Lawrence was named an art director; he most recently served as an assistant art director. Tracy Perkins was promoted to a senior graphic artist; she previously was a graphic artist.Carol Small was named senior account executive for the Northeast region at Olathe, Kan.-based National Cinema Network. She is based in the company's New York office. Small most recently worked in international ad sales at MTV Networks in New York.Crowley Webb and Associates pro moted Lisa Freeman to account executive, working on Independent Health, Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society, and Buffalo Prep, among others. She joined the shop in March 2000 as an account coordinator. Crowley Webb has offices in Buffalo and New York.Ryan Communications in Syracuse appointed Susan Gaffney administrative assistant for the accounting department. She most recently worked at Eric Mower and Associates in Syracuse.Ministry of Sound named Eva Weiss head of sales and retail marketing. Before joining the New York company, she was national director of retail marketing for Astralwerks Records. NEW JERSEYS3 in Boonton hired Paul Jarzab as Web development manager. He most recently was Web designer/retouching specialist at The Lunar Group in Mountain Lakes.AGCD (Allan Gorman Copy and Design) appointed Barbara J. Sarrett director of new business and client services. Before joining Montclair-based AGCD, she served as vice president, client services, operations and strategic planning at JMH & Associates in Florham Park.Jerry Roache Direct named James Reddy an account executive. Before joining the Little Silver-based agency, he served as an account manager at Sirius Advertising in Avon, N.J. PENNSYLVANIANeiman Group hired two new staffers. Andrew Coleman was named an account executive, working on Fulton Bank; he previously was an account executive at Mullen/LHC in Winston-Salem, N.C. Brad Gebhart was also appointed an account executive and will work on Capital Advantage Insurance Co.; he most recently served as community programs and media manager for the Arizona Department of Health Services in Phoenix.
