ILLINOIS

BBDO Chicago promoted Will Cannon to vice president, creative director. Cannon will work on the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. and Illinois Tourism accounts. Cannon came to BBDO last year as a creative director from Leo Burnett’s Tokyo office. Alex Murray, who joined the shop in 1999 as a senior copywriter, was promoted to vice president and creative director. He also handles the Wrigley and Illinois Tourism accounts, among others.

Rhea & Kaiser in Naperville hired the following staffers: Michael Hurt, who will be media supervisor; Danielle Troy, who was named account executive; and Neil Johnson and Karen Sun, who were both appointed account coordinators.
