Creative Dynamics in Las Vegas added Michelle Georgilas as assistant graphic designer for its design and interactive studio. NORTHERN CALIFORNIAPremier Retail Networks in San Francisco hired Kristine Schiller as svp, advertising sales. She will oversee sales across the entertainment division, to film and TV studios, record labels and videogame producers. She was most recently vp of sales for Studio One Networks. 360 Group in San Rafael appointed Thomas Porcella media planner and Dan Henry senior copywriter. OREGONJohnsonSheen Advertising in Portland added Jo Marie as production manager. She was previously print production manager at Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, working with such clients as Nike, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Miller Brewing and ESPN. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Adrian van Hooydonk was promoted to president of Designworks/USA in Newbury Park. He is charged with the day-to-day operation and direction of the studio, which is a member of the BMW Group. Kristine Wendt was promoted from account supervisor to vp, account supervisor at Campbell-Ewald's CE Retail field office in Los Angeles.Lawrence, Mayo & Ponder in Newport Beach hired Kerry Wurzelbacher as director of business development. The shop also added Eileen Soriano as an account coordinator on the new-business team. The Weston Group in Los Angeles promoted Erika Malek from associate account executive to account executive on the Schuler Homes, Wester Pacific Housing and Lennar Communities accounts.
