Account director Dan Higashi and account planner Jamie Shuttleworth were named vice presidents at FCB Chicago. Ted Thompson was named senior vice president, group management director of FCBi. Management directors Jeff DeLage and Jill DiFranco and creative director Cory Kammer were also named vice presidents of the group.
