CONNECTICUT Mintz & Hoke in Avon has added Eric Panke as art director, Susan Gurwitz as assistant media buyer and Jennifer Moscatello as senior account coordinator. Panke was most recently an assistant art director at Decker in Glastonbury. Gurwitz previously worked for WFSB-TV in Hartford as the station's national sales coordinator. Moscatello formerly served as studio manager at Farmington-based Keiler & Co. O'Neal & Prelle in Hartford has hired Robin Hall as senior art director and Derek Wood as copywriter. Hall will handle clients St. Francis Care, the Connecticut Office of Tourism and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Connecticut. She previously served as a design consultant at Mintz & Hoke in Avon. Wood will work on the Simsbury Inn, Dandy Donuts and Anthem accounts. He most recently was with direct marketing specialist Barry Blau & Partners in Wilton. MASSACHUSETTS Mark Bappe has rejoined Wallwork Curry in Boston as senior art director. He had been working as a freelance art director. The agency also has named Debbie Haggerty vice president, media director and Tory Neher media planner. Haggerty most recently was with Ingalls Advertising in Boston. Neher previously worked as a media planner with Boston-based Arnold Communications. Accent Graphics in Beverly has hired Matthew Bouchard as graphic designer, Amy Myrick as art director, Melissa Connor as junior account executive in the public relations department and Sue White as office manager. Bouchard and Myrick were previously with The Boston Phoenix, Connor most recently was with McDougall Associates in Peabody, Mass., and White worked at Cambridge Technology Partners. Arnold Communications in Boston has promoted Deirdre Kelly to producer from associate producer, Chris Jennings to associate producer from assistant producer and Celia Willette to associate producer from assistant producer. Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston has tapped Eileen Harrington as senior vice president, senior consultant in the marketing sciences group. Harrington has been with the agency for three years, managing the publications and design departments. Prior to Hill, Holliday, she was a consultant with Fidelity Investments in Boston. Mark Berger has been named public relations manager for the USS Constitution Museum in Boston. He most recently served as communications specialist for the American Heart Association's Massachusetts affiliate in Framingham. Boston-based Fitch has appointed Richard Swanson vice president. Greenberg Seronick O'Leary & Partners in Boston has announced the following promotions: Carrie Walters to media buyer and planner from assistant media buyer and planner and Lisa Morris Adams to media supervisor from broadcast supervisor.
