A ILLINOIS Rebecca Chamian Ribaudo joined Donnellon Public Relations, Chicago, as vice president, client fulfillment. Ann Pearson joined J. Walter Thompson, Chicago, as a creative director on the Kraft, Knudsen and Helene Curtis accounts. DDB Chicago promoted Anja Morrison to associate media director and Norm Bilow to media supervisor. John Rausch, Mary Hanley and James Stadler were elected vice presidents. Katie Baxter and Karen Osmond were both promoted to account supervisor. Cindy Bruckner was elected a vice president at the agency, where she is a creative director. Bruckner joined DDB six years ago, and was previously at Leo Burnett. Richard Forbes was promoted to group account director. He joined DDB 15 years ago as an account supervisor. Account managers Nancy Liedtke and Leanne Martin joined Marketing Support in Chicago. Clint Garwood was hired as an account executive in the public relations department. The Broadcast Advertising Club of Chicago selected NBC vice president of sales Dick Schade as its 1999 Person of the Year. Art director Ed Tapia and copywriter Bill Anderson joined Rodi Platcow Malin Advertising in Chicago. Kevin Alter joined Jones & Thomas, Decatur, as an associate creative director. Kurtzman Slavin Communications in Northfield hired Matthew Coburn as director of new media services. Mark Meeker joined the Taco Bell field team account as a senior account executive at Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago. Lee Gleason was named an art director at TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group in Chicago. Gleason was most recently with DDB, working on that shop's U.S. West business. Travis Clendenen joined Zimmerman, Laurent and Richardson, Des Moines, as an art director. A KANSAS Sullivan Higdon & Sink in Wichita promoted Steve Hobson to senior copywriter. A KENTUCKY Doe-Anderson Advertising and Public Relations in Louisville hired account manager Stacy Williams and assistant account managers Scott Baylor, Virginia Ferguson and Jennifer Rosenthal. David Power stepped up to executive vice president, chief operating officer, at Power Creative in Louisville. Marjorie K. Lehman joined McCafferty and Co. Advertising in Louisville as an art director. A MICHIGAN Named senior vice presidents at Campbell-Ewald in Warren were Dale Coons and Deborah Hausler. Coons is associate director of the agency's strategic communication planning learning center. Hausler is director of strategic communications planning. A MINNESOTA Kruskopf Olson in Minneapolis hired project manager Tracey Mercil and production artists Pam Boller and Tammy Tucker to handle Select Comfort work. Clarity Coverdale Fury added Patrick Dougherty as a brand development supervisor in its Minneapolis office.
