Alan Koenke joined Henry Gill Advertising in Denver as vice president, creative director. NEVADA Rosanne Brouette joined DSLV/Lawlor Advertising in Las Vegas as director of account services. The Rose/Glenn Group in Reno named Kerry Oliver vice president and creative director. Oliver previously served as creative director/senior vice president of Buntin Advertising in Nashville, Tenn. Robyn Kinard was promoted to vice president of account services at Shonkwiler-Marcoux Advertising and Public Relations in Las Vegas. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Paul Sorensen joined Swinerton Inc., a commercial building and construction management firm in San Francisco, as director of marketing communications. O. John Haering was appointed a senior vice president at The Montgomery Group in San Francisco. Jeff Ketelsen joined Plano, Texas-based Adams Golf as account coordinator for its Northern California and Northern Pacific regions. Jeff Burghardt was named a partner at Smith, Bowen & Burghardt Advertising in Monterey. Maureen Dixon joined Teledyne Laars/Jandy Products, Novato, a producer of pool and spa components, as a marketing communications supervisor. BabyCenter, a San Francisco-based new media public licensing company focusing on new and expectant parents, appointed Duncan Drechsel to the newly created position of director of marketing. Goldberg Moser O'Neill in San Francisco promoted Bob Eagan and Adrienne Dushman to media planners; Noelle Morgan and Xavier Brouard to assistant account executives; and Shane Studebaker to account coordinator. OREGON Young & Roehr in Portland hired Beth DuPont as director of public relations. Kimberly Rowe has joined Prideaux Swearingen in Portland as media planner/buyer. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Debra Roberts joined A Band Apart Commercials in Los Angeles as its in-house sales representative for the West Coast. Mark Rosenbaum joined Twentieth Century Fox International Television in Los Angeles as vice president. He will assist in overseeing all aspects of sales and operations. Denis Wolcott was promoted to director of media relations at Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger's Los Angeles office. Victoria Nave was promoted to account executive at The Blaze Co. in Venice. Shelly Evans joined Plano, Texas-based Adams Golf as its account coordinator for the Southern California and Southwest regions. Mustang Marketing in Agoura Hills appointed Christine West director of new business development. Wahlstrom & Co., the Yellow Pages advertising unit of True North Communications, promoted two executives at its Santa Ana office: Scott Wilson, to vice president, market development; and R.
