NFO Worldwide has appointed Mark Berry president of NFO Interactive, Greenwich. He is replacing Charles Hamlin, who has assumed the role of president and chief operating
officer of the newly formed InsightExpress, an online market research firm. Berry will report to Joseph Migliara, president of the Greenwich-based NFO’s North American operations. Berry has held executive positions with Information Resources and VNU Management Information Services.
Arnold Communications has promoted Amy Feenan from senior producer to senior producer/group head. Feenan works on the Department of Public Health and FDA accounts. Prior to joining the Boston firm, Feenan was in broadcast production at other Boston agencies, such as Emerson Lane Fortuna and Houston Herstek Favat.
Greenberg Seronick O’Leary & Partners, Boston, has made five additions to its staff: senior account executive David Blinn, art director Nicola Valentino, copywriter Jane Goldman, assistant account executive Holt Murray and account coordinator Manisha Patel. Blinn was an account executive with Young & Rubicam Advertising in New York, where he worked on Sears Roebuck & Co. and AT&T account. Valentino was an art director at Irma S. Mann Strategic
Marketing in Boston. As an account coordinator at McConnaughy Stein Schmidt Brown in Chicago, Murray worked on the Boca Burger account. Goldman previously handled the Stop & Shop account at Arnold Communications in Boston. Patel interned at McDermott/O’Neill & Associates and Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates.
NetMarquee, a Needham-based Internet direct marketing agency, has appointed Julie DeForge senior account executive on the business development team and Jill Davis content developer. DeForge was formerly an account executive with SalesLink Corp., a division of CMGI in Boston. Davis was a public-affairs specialist for New England Baptist Hospital in Boston.
Philip Johnson Associates has hired designer Lori Boswell and IT systems administrator Scott Vanderveer. Before joining the Boston shop, Boswell spent four years with Hecht Design in Arlington, Mass., and Karen Lewis Design in Cambridge, Mass. Vanderveer worked at the Guarino Design Group in Cambridge and The Delor Group in Somerville, Mass.
Donovan Group has created two new posts and added an account executive to the marketing team. Rob Favini, formerly of Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopolous in Boston, has joined the Northborough agency as its first director of information services. Favini served as senior research analyst for Hill, Holliday’s strategic consulting department. Paula Pinheiro moved from PriMedia in Warwick, R.I., to the newly created position of marketing coordinator. Wendy Richmond is the new account executive. Richmond will manage several high-tech accounts.
Dickinson Direct, Braintree, has named Kathleen Aston vice president of creative services.
