Among the agency's recent new hires are: Roger Bentley, senior vice president and managing director of creative; Beth Kosuk, senior vice president and associate creative director; Mark Cacciatore, vice president and associate creative director; Christine McKeon, vice president and creative recruiter; Jason Gaboriau, art director; and Doug James, Brian English and John Sandhaus, copywriters. Matthew Lake, most recently a managing partner at Hampel Stefanides, joined Gotham Inc. in New York as executive vice president and new business director. Young & Rubicam's The Media Edge in New York added Sandy Aronowitz, former director of client services and broadcast at Paragon Media, as vice president and local broadcast buying manager. Y&R also welcomed 29-year IBM veteran George Krawiec as executive vice president of human resources. Grace Fenton, Nancy Morris, Larry Lannino and Paula Maier progressed to vice presidents and management supervisors at Lally McFarland & Pantello. The New York agency also signed Anne Cunney as executive vice president and director of client service and Steve Nothel as vice president and management supervisor. New York-based Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing recently advanced promotion director Caren Ravitz to marketing director of YM magazine. Donna Sabino moved up to director of strategic planning and research at Sports Illustrated for Kids in New York. Sabino joined the magazine seven years ago from Children's Television Workshop. Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp. in Woodbury tapped Kim Norris vice president of local ad sales and Mike Routi director of ad sales for Cablevision of Long Island and New York. Stacie Negas, former director of marketing at Island Records, joined The Box Worldwide in New York as director of music advertising sales. WNBC in New York elevated account executives Peter Dunn and Dan Berman to national sales manager and local sales manager of the TV station, respectively. Debra Brandt, most recently Eastern advertising manager at Redbook, became advertising director of Us at Wenner Media in New York. Regan Campbell Ward, a unit of McCann-Erickson Healthcare Worldwide in New York, enlisted Jeff Lubalin as senior art director. Lorena Bennett, who has worked at three Boston agencies, was appointed director of teleservices at OgilvyOne Worldwide in New York. Media Passage in New York installed Mary Zagrobelny as marketing director. Previously, Zagrobelny held the same title at CMP Media's Home PC magazine. Craig Seligman, formerly with The New Yorker, was appointed executive editor of American Express Publishing Corp.'s Food & Wine magazine. Manhattan Transfer in New York added Peter Flack as editor. Flack arrives at the post facility from Quantel. CONNECTICUT Ryan Partnership in Westport named seven new senior partners: Ryan Direct president John Kuendig, executive vice presidents Dan Azzaro and Dave Williams, and vice presidents Holli Horine, Kevin Indiveri, Mary Perry and Joe Robinson. Catherine Gordon, former director of promotion planning and sales at Turner Broadcasting Sales, joined Ryan Partnership as vice president on the TeleCommunications Inc. (TCI) account. Christopher Wightman added the title of advertising manager of Golf Digest Woman to his role as national resort and travel manager of Golf Digest magazine in Trumbull. Pappas MacDonnell, located in Southport, hired Jason Richard as interactive producer. David Featherston was assigned to the market reach division of J. Brown/LMC Group in Stamford as an account manager. NEW JERSEY Integrated Communications Corp. in Parsippany promoted Tara Callahan to senior copywriter, Beth Goozman to art supervisor, Michele Kase to assistant manager and account coordinator, Linda Miller to director of human resources, Betty Heinrich to director of operations and Kathy Goebel to product account manager. New hires at ICC include vice president and group copy supervisor James Bell, vice president and associate creative director of copy Diane Iler-Smith, senior account executives Kathleen O'Leary, Susan Smith and Tina Mayer, senior copywriter Nancy Dreyfus, account coordinators Denise Andrade and Janine Santanastasio and creative assistant Gabriel Chiong. Jessica Finestone Michaud, who most recently served as director of off-air creative projects at MTV: Music Television in New York, arrived at CNBC in Fort Lee as director of off-air marketing and creative services. Harrison Wilson & Associates in Parsippany added Ritch Kassof as vice president and creative director and Michael DeFrancesco as computer graphic artist. The agency also assigned three new staff members to its Promeda division: project director Donna Bolcik, operations manager Danielle Lento and project administrator Kerri Wolfersberger. Tom Kientzler, formerly with Media Inc. in New York, assumed an account coordinator's position at Gianettino & Meredith in Short Hills. At Cuffari & Co. in Montclair, Mark Hardin was named vice president of account service and Nancy Mercurio was designated art operations manager.
