Paul Gordon has become executive vice president of sales at Cox Target Media in Largo.
The Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices of Fahlgren have promoted Lori Kalita and Dionne Ryff to vice presidents and directors of publicity and promotions, respectively.
Clarke Advertising and Public Relations in Sarasota has hired four staffers. Communications coordinator Kelly Fores was previously a marketing analyst at OshKosh B’Gosh. Production artist Sharon Foster was a graphics artist at NOW, a Canadian alternative newspaper. Traffic manager Mary Ellen Mancini was a production assistant at A La Carte Marketing. Beth McCloy is the new receptionist.

Fahlgren in Atlanta has advanced account supervisor Carolyn Sloss to vice president and director of publicity and promotions. Sloss, who spent three years as public relations manager at Planet Hollywood, oversees the Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks SKG and MGM accounts.
Atlanta-based Web guide eTour.com has designated former Turner Network sales and marketing executive Sam Howe chief marketing officer and Eric Fliegel chief information officer, the same title he held at Support Technologies.
Golin/Harris International in Atlanta has elevated Dominick Infante to account group supervisor. He will manage media relations for the DaimlerChrysler account in the Southeast and Texas markets.

The Reeves Agency in Baltimore has named Ian Cooper public relations coordinator, Meghan McLane assistant media buyer and Steve Shepherd art director.
The Campbell Group has hired Sallyann Davis as account supervisor. The Baltimore agency has also added the creative team of senior art director Dana Moses and senior copywriter Daron Fisher.

Maris, West & Baker in Jackson has hired art directors Frank Rutigliano and Keith Fraser, senior copywriter Randy Lynn, account executive Pam Sultan, account coordinators Tobi Miller, media coordinators Angie Smith and Mandy Mann Oliphant, and staff assistants Brian Royal and Kristina Hardee.

The Lyerly Agency has installed Diane Lay as director of impressions, a new post intended to build positive images among employees and clients.
