ARIZONA Cramer-Krasselt, Phoenix, hired Kellye Hubble as a media director. Hubble previously served as director of media services at Riester Robb, also in Phoenix. COLORADO Gary Geweniger joined Praco Public Relations and Advertising in Denver as vice president and director of account services. Account service and media staff in the agency's Colorado Springs and Denver offices will report to Geweniger. Barnhart/CMI, a full-service marketing, advertising and public relations agency in Denver, hired Margaret Ebeling as an account executive and Aimee Agee as a copywriter. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Sonya More joined The Bailey Group, a Berkeley-based advertising and marketing agency, as an account executive. Telemundo KSTS-TV in San Jose hired Victor Lucero as an account executive for Telemundo Northern California. The station also added Margot Uceda to its sales team. OREGON Young & Roehr Group, a full-service business-to-business agency in Portland, promoted Brain Mount to chief creative officer and David Galluzzo to director of creative services. Grady Britton Advertising in Portland added Lotus Child, Jeni Stewart and Dave Cleveland as art directors and Kelly Burns as a production manager. The shop also promoted Lisa Scholin to account manager, Abe Cohen to administrative coordinator and Courtenay Hameister to systems assistant. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Michael Guariglia was named account executive, advertiser sales, at Studios USA Domestic Television in Universal City. Caro D'Antuono was promoted to senior account executive at Advertising Plus in Fullerton. The Russ Reid Co., a Pasadena-based marketing and communications company working principally with nonprofit organizations, promoted Eric Foley to vice president and Jacqui Groseth to senior account executive. Towne, a Santa Ana-based provider of direct response marketing communications services, named Cedric Ferrell vice president of operations. Pleion Corp., a Santa Ana-based manufacturer of modular office furniture systems, hired John Musch as director of marketing. A. Lee Blitch, region vice president of AT&T, has joined the Advisory Council for PhaseOne, a Los Angeles-based early stage advertising research firm. Craig Murray Productions in Los Angeles promoted Frank Chiocchi to president and executive creative director of CMP/West. Chiocchi will report directly to chief executive officer Craig Murray at the company's Burbank headquarters. Geoff Akins joined MLS Marketing Group in Irvine as a graphic designer and production artist. Marc Feldman was hired as a broadcast group manager at the Los Angeles office of Horizon Media, a marketing-driven media services company. The Source, a music industry magazine with offices in New York and Los Angeles, named Tracy Robinson to the newly created position of West Coast advertising manager. Mad River Post, a production house with offices in New York, San Francisco and Santa Monica, added Mindy Strauss as a producer and Joel Marcus as an editor. Both will be based in Santa Monica. The shop also promoted junior editor Travis Aitken to editor. Aitken will also be based in Santa Monica. Director/cameraman Paul Hopkins joined Area 51 Films in Santa Monica for worldwide representation in commercials. Hopkins will be based in the shop's Santa Monica office. Leslie Salmon joined the Los Angeles office of JWT Specialized Communications as managing director. She will manage and build the client base in employment communications. KNX Newsradio in Los Angeles hired Brenda Cannon as an account executive. Mitch Yankowitz was promoted to senior vice president, media and promotions, at Twentieth Century Fox International in Los Angeles. Director Trip Gruver signed with The Story Companies in Santa Monica for worldwide representation in commercials. Gruver will be based in the company's Santa Monica office. Universal Music & Video Distribution (UMVD) in Universal City has reorganized its video sales operation and appointed two new vice presidents. Michael McLeod was named vice president of video sales-mass merchandisers and Brad Reinke was named vice president of video sales-distribution. Anne S.
