NEW YORK Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York, promoted Robert Manni to executive vice president, managing director, account services. Previously senior vice president, group director, account services, he is responsible for the Bacardi-Martini USA account. TBWA Worldwide, New York, has named Jan Sneed senior vice president, corporate communications worldwide. Prior to joining TBWA, she was executive vice president, corporate communications at the former Wells Rich Greene BDDP. Earle Palmer Brown, New York, reported several personnel moves: John Grunstein joined the agency as management supervisor from Einson Freeman in Paramus, N.J.; Ned Clausen and Ed Keating, formerly of Griffin Bacal in New York, signed on as senior vice presidents, technology group; and Jim Roxbury was promoted to senior vice president, director of client services from senior vice president, account supervisor. Kathleen Wyer Lane was named vice president, corporate communications by Katz Media Group, New York. Before joining the agency, she held corporate communications and sales positions at HBO and HBO en Espa-ol. Barbara Elza joined Smith Advertising Group, Syracuse, as an account manager working with travel and tourism clients. She had been executive director of the Tucker County, W. Va., Convention and Visitors Bureau. Art director Bob Shea has joined Lee Hunt Associates, New York, an entertainment brand marketing and design firm. He was most recently senior designer, off-air print advertising at Comedy Central. Eric Mower and Associates, Syracuse, promoted Stephanie Salanger to public relations account supervisor. She has developed campaigns for Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Wells College. Donald Sersen has been named vice president, creative director at Falk Communications, New York. He had been a founding partner and executive vice president, creative director at Blunt, Hann, Sersen. KWE Associates, New York, named Lisa Senft vice president, group director. She had worked at both Ketchum and Porter Novelli, where she developed public relations programs for clients such as Kellogg USA, Hershey, Dannon Yogurt, Schick and Frito-Lay. MediZine, New York, a healthcare marketing program, hired Suzanne Polizzi as general manager. She was business manager at the Reader's Digest Corp. Gloria Governali, who held several senior management positions at Grey Healthcare Group, was appointed senior vice president, director of client services at Falk Communications in New York. She will focus on pharmaceutical accounts including Novartis, Pfizer and Ortho-McNeil. NEW JERSEY Tracy Donofry of the Star Group, Cherry Hill, was promoted to senior vice president, creative director. She will work on accounts including Philadelphia Online, New Jersey Lottery and New Jersey Kid Care. Edward Newland Associates, Shrewsbury, promoted Michael Kenny to senior account executive from account supervisor. Before joining ENA in 1997, he worked as an account executive at Carrafiello-Diehl & Associates in New York. DKB and Partners, Morristown, added Jennifer Karkowsky as an account executive. She had held the same position at the Lunar Group in Whippany. Matthew Rose joined the MWW Group, East Rutherford, as vice president of the consumer practice. He was a vice president in Fleischman-Hillard New York's corporate group. PENNSYLVANIA Impax Marketing Group in Philadelphia, has promoted four employees and added two staffers: Trish DeMasi advanced to senior vice president, creative services from vice president, creative director; Collette Douaihy was elevated to associate creative director, design from art director; Stephanie Byrd-Harrell moved up to director, direct marketing from account executive; and Marsha Johnson was promoted to director of operations from production manager. Joining the agency are Joy Johnson Sussman, formerly of Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, as an associate creative director, copywriter; and Jim Dougherty, copywriter, who recently received a degree from Trinity College. CONNECTICUT J. Brown/LMC Group, Stamford, has promoted Ann McGrath to vice president, management supervisor from account supervisor. Account executive Michelle Gross joined the sales department of Visual Concepts, Bloomfield. Formerly vice president, business development at Orbis Broadcast Group in Chicago, she will serve corporate clients in the Northeast and Midwest.
