K&R/Marc Advertising, Chicago, hired copywriter Maria Pfister and junior art director Eric Shivvers. Leo Burnett in Chicago elected Marty Harper a senior vice president. Harper is executive planning director on Oldsmobile. BrannWorldwide in Deerfield named Jac Hansel vice chairman and chief strategy officer. A IOWA Bill Zahren joined the creative team at Meyocks & Priebe, West Des Moines. Marianne Kocal was elected a vice president of the agency.
