Biederman, Kelly & Shaffer, New York, has named Erinn Libman vice president, media director. She came to the agency in February from Merkley Newman Harty, also in New York. Chuck Tso was hired by Korey Kay & Partners, New York, as an art director on the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Stuart Weitzman accounts. The Gepetto Group, New York, tapped Mark Snodgrass as an account director. He was a senior account executive at Saatchi & Saatchi's Kid Connection. Arnold Rivera and Flavio Cosenza were named vice presidents, client services by Fova Hispanic Advertising in New York. The Intuition Group, New York, has added Kimberly Annick as a partner, account director; Mary Gray as a copywriter; and Maura Sullivan as an art director. Rodale Press, New York, named Denise Favorule national advertising director of Prevention magazine. American HomeStyle & Gardening, New York, has appointed Elizabeth Purvis advertising manager. Seltel, New York, reported several personnel moves: Eric Ovedovitz was promoted to senior analyst; Stephan Prevot was elevated to research analyst from sales assistant; and Vashti Persad-Hackert and William Cowen were hired as account executives. Leslie Gesser was promoted to director of merchandising by Men's Health, New York. She had been fashion and retail merchandising manager at the magazine. Jason Ramsey was promoted to sales executive from sales assistant at Katz American Television, New York. Dahlia Knott was named a promotions associate at Katz Promotions Dimensions, New York. She had been an assistant media buyer at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in New York. Better Homes & Gardens, New York, has hired Alain Begun as marketing director. He comes from Fortune, where he was marketing and communications director for Fortune Asia. Media Logic, Albany, has appointed Lisa Niro as a media buyer and Kerry Hoenig as an administrative assistant. Tucker Flood has been named vice president, general manager of Christal Radio in New York. He had been vice president, national sales, Eastern division at Chancellor Media. NEW JERSEY DKB & Partners, Morristown, has hired Alyssa Kessler as media supervisor on the Rutgers University and New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority accounts. She comes from Saatchi & Saatchi in New York. Dugan Valva Contess in Morristown reported several staff changes: Michael Carri was promoted to creative group head from senior copywriter, Kristin Button was elevated to account supervisor from senior account executive, Diana Dominicci Stewart was hired as a senior copywriter, Adam Wenz joined the shop as an assistant producer and Bryan Minogue was tapped as a copywriter. Christopher Rosica has joined Rosica, Mulhern & Associates, Ridgewood, as a vice president. He had been marketing director for Net/Tech, a food technology company. PENNSYLVANIA Knezic/Pavone Advertising, Harrisburg, has tapped Wendy Scott as media director. She had been advertising director at Liberty Productions in Hummelstown. Michael Peretz, senior vice president, research director at Al Paul Lefton in Philadelphia, was assigned additional responsibilities as director of new business development. LD&B Advertising in Horsham named Craig Huber an account executive and elevated Judy Holliday to information services manager. Michael Conway was hired as a sales executive in Seltel's Philadelphia office. He was most recently an account executive with Blair Television, Philadelphia. Katz Eastman Radio, Philadelphia, elevated Zack Gursky to manager. Gursky was a senior account executive with Eastman in New York. The Tribune-Review Publishing Co., Pittsburgh, named Edward Kost general manager of its PittsburghLIVE Internet site. CONNECTICUT Marketing Corp. of America in Stamford has reported four promotions: Matthew Armstrong was named senior vice president, director of business development; Joseph Sequenzia was tapped as senior vice president and creative director; Lynne LeBaron was appointed head of business marketing services; and Stephen O'Shea was named head of sales promotion marketing.
