Suzie Robinson was appointed public relations manager for COR Specialty Services in Dallas. Robinson was with Paul Lazzaro & Associates in Fort Worth. Publicis/Bloom in Dallas made five recent promotions: senior account executive Keith Barnes, account executive Katharine Morelock, broadcast negotiator Samantha Panko, associate negotiator Stacy Wright and assistant producer Meredith Williams. Peterson & Co. Graphic Design, Dallas, installed Joanna Jestings as business manager. Temerlin McClain, Irving, added public relations account supervisor Teri Echols, account executive Cheri Webb and public relations account executive Rebekkah Grun at its Austin office, and direct marketing copywriter Lawri Murray and direct marketing account executive Joyce Tucker. Staffers with new titles are media planners Jeremy Cohen and Robert Sorensen and account executives Carey Gidden and Cory Jones. Perry Cates joined the Katz Television Group in Houston as a sales executive. Cates was a sales assistant with Katz American Television in Dallas. Meltzer & Martin Public Relations, Dallas, welcomed Lara Nieto as senior account executive. Nieto was previously with The Maxfield Group, Irving. Aronex Pharmaceuticals, The Woodlands, appointed Janet Walter vice president of marketing and business development. Keith Bauman joined Bonner & Moore, Houston, as vice president of sales and marketing. Bauman previously was general manager of Grizzard Advertising's TABS Direct unit in Houston. Stephen Sauter is the new vice president of sales and marketing at XeTel Corp. in Austin. Bazzirk, Austin, added art director Newt Brouillette, account executive Steve Henderson, traffic coordinator Shay Purcell and account coordinator Alan Vassberg. Brouillette makes the move from Fine Print in Alexandria, La.; Henderson from Meyer & Johnson; Purcell from Texas Entertainment News; and Vassberg from Surface Mount Taping Corp. The Bagwell Agency in Dallas shifted Amy Lankford to senior media planner and buyer, and hired account executive Carmen Avilƒs-Lebr—n and director of marketing services Amy Richmond. Lankford was previously the agency's marketing coordinator. Lebr—n has experience with agencies in her native Puerto Rico, while Richmond is a recent college graduate. Account executive Sandra Zabak was promoted to senior account executive at The Tate Agency in Houston. The Maxfield Group, Irving, hired senior account executive Robert Blumenstock, formerly of The Richards Group in Dallas, along with account coordinator and recent grad Keri Moldenhauer. Brian Davis moved up to account executive. Ashley Lemariƒ, formerly at Sicola-Martin in Austin, became the new account services director at Makos, also in Austin. ARKANSAS Blackwood/Martin, Fayetteville, recently added art director Steve Kolker and artists Sara Bonham and Leilani Schweitzer. NEW MEXICO Rick Johnson & Co., Albuquerque, enlisted account executives Kathy Long and Christina Washburn-Piccirillo. Sam Maclay progressed to account coordinator and copywriter. Long previously worked as branch manager at International Demographics in Houston,. Piccirillo was a marketing assistant, promotions writer and media coordinator at Fox affiliate KPTM-Channel 42 in Omaha, Neb.
