Hansel Ramsey has been named traffic manager. Myliza Sheehan has been hired as a billing manager. Wendy Charlonis has joined Goodwick Associates, Newtown, as an account executive. Cashman & Katz, Glastonbury, has promoted Tim Cryan to vice president and creative director and Daniel Kornegay to art director. MASSACHUSETTS Carat Freeman in Newton has promoted Jodie Lenti to director of client services. She had been an associate media director for the agency's technology division. Chuck Provancher has been promoted to Web design director at Sullivan Creative in Newton. He has been a designer with the firm for the past four years. Mark Sannicandro has been hired as a designer. Todd Bairstow has come aboard as a copywriter. Both Sannicandro and Bairstow had been with CPS Direct, Woburn. Fred Sherman has joined Cramer Productions in Norwood as creative director. He had been with New England Cable News as director of client marketing and productions. Scott Palmer has joined as producer. He had been a freelance writer and producer. Theresa Carrington has been hired as a project manager for Cramer's interactive media group. She will manage accounts, including Motorola and Compaq Computer. Jay Garrett has joined Allen & Gerritsen, Watertown, as studio manager from Mullen, Wenham, Mass., where he had been associate director of Macintosh production. Jillfrances Gray has been hired as a senior designer, working on Thompson Financial, ProLogis and other accounts. She had been with Ingalls, Boston. Melissa Constantine has joined as an administrative assistant. Michael Atwood has joined Arrow Direct, Woburn, as a sales executive, working mainly on client acquisition. Harpell/Martins & Co. in Maynard has tapped Linda Pepe as senior art director for collateral and direct mail. Pepe had been an art director for the Boston Group, Boston. Art director Jill Coull has been promoted to senior art director. Stewart Jensen has been named account supervisor. He had been with Shark Communications, Burlington, Vt. VERMONT James Lindars has joined Jager Di Paola Kemp Design, Burlington, as a 3-D designer. He is responsible for point-of-sale merchandising, retail branded environments and trade-show exhibits. Lindars has done freelance industrial design work for Henninge in Burlington and Lonzak Design in Newburgh, N.Y. Aili Dalton has been hired as a proofreader and copy editor. She comes to the shop from Norma Kamali, a clothing designer in New York.
