Serratt will be account planning supervisor on the Burger King, American Airlines and Sunny Delight accounts, while Trench will serve the Western Union Mexican Money Transfer business as account supervisor.
JWT Specialized Communications, Dallas, promoted Scott Carpenter to media supervisor, and hired account supervisor Joseph Bannon and account coordinator
Betsy Koch. Bannon was director of client development for TMP Worldwide, Atlanta, while Koch arrived after serving as account manager at DDB Needham, Dallas.
Micrografx, Richardson, hired Aline Parrish as vice president of corporate communications. She previously was vice president of FitzGerald Communications, Cambridge, Mass.
Regian & Wilson Advertising & Public Relations, Fort Worth, added traffic manager Terri Middlebrooks, production artist Leslie Pifer and media buyer Sharise Woolsey. Middlebrooks was at Fort Worth shop Phillips, Team & Meyers Advertising, Woolsey was advertising manager for Sunbelt Nursery Group and Pifer moved over from her computer artist position at Color Tile, Fort Worth.
Friday’s Hospitality Worldwide, Dallas, named Janna Markle to director of brand licensing. She recently headed licensing at Lyrick Studios, producers of children’s programs Barney & Friends and Wishbone.
Black Rogers Sullivan Goodnight, Houston, promoted Phillip Green to vice president/account supervisor and Amy Ferranti to account manager. Green will oversee major healthcare accounts at the shop, as well as development of new healthcare-related business. Ferranti moved up to handle planning and management of the Mobile-One Auto Sound and Hi/Lo Auto Supply accounts.
SicolaMartin, Austin, has added interactive account manager Farah Metzger, assistant systems administrator Nick Alvarado and public relations account coordinator Ann Knowles.
Leslie Renfro was promoted to account executive and David Baker joined as director of business development at TateAustin, Austin. Renfro has been at TateAustin for two years, while Baker brings 11 years experience from agency T3, Austin, and Anheuser-Busch, St. Louis.
