The Boner Group in West Palm Beach has named Sherrie Rosen creative director and senior copywriter, David Chase art director and Mary Anne Johnson account manager.

Twig Tolle Jr. has progressed to national sales manager of World Publications’ Fly Fishing in Salt Waters magazine, published in Winter Park.

Teasdale Enterprises of Arts and media has promoted Kim Mezger to administrator of BusinessGraffiti.com and Altimax Print Innovations, both divisions of the Tampa shop. Kenneth Robinson has been elevated to marketing and research planner.

Theresa Dormi has joined Stuart’s Osprey Marketing Group as art director.

Morgan & Partners has welcomed Brenda Miller to Jacksonville as senior account manager. She previously managed the Alltel Southern regional account for The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va.

Bob Cowles has become vice president of sales at e-Builder in Boca Raton.

KENTUCKY

Joseph Tilli, who has held executive posts at Campbell Mithun Esty, McCann-Erickson and Young & Rubicam, has joined Doe-Anderson as senior vice president and director of marketing. MARYLAND

The Campbell Group in Baltimore has added Susan Jenkins as media planner and buyer and Julie Prager as art director.

Eisner Communications has promoted Jim Nealy to senior vice president and associate creative director and installed Hugh Carson as creative team leader on the Maryland Lottery account. The Baltimore shop’s creative department has also added director of creative services Denise King, creative account coordinator Elizabeth Clair, print traffic coordinators Phillip White and Elizabeth Kennedy, graphic artists Shelby Bradshaw and Edwin Jenkins, copywriter Brian Eden and junior copywriter Andrew Gold.

Earle Palmer Brown has named Evey Pinkham vice president of creative services. The Bethesda division of the New York agency recruited Pinkham from Elliott Van Deutsch in Fall Church, Va., where she was manager of creative services. Mark Steimer has arrived as public relations account director, coming from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he was internal communications manager.

Gray, Kirk/VanSant Advertising & Public Relations in Baltimore has added Joel Mooy, previously of Earl Palmer Brown in Bethesda, as associate creative director and Brian Burkhart, formerly with Eisner Communications in Baltimore, as art director.

Marriner Marketing Communications in Columbia has appointed David Rehkemper media director.

NORTH CAROLINA

Bethany Thomas West was hired as senior account executive at Anderson Communications Group in Charlotte. She was previously with Morton’s of Chicago, where she managed marketing for 51 steakhouses and eight Italian res- taurants across the U.S. Donne Oberle, a recent graduate of Atlanta’s Creative Circus, has joined Anderson as art director. University of North Carolina grad Mary Katherine McSween is a new copywriter at the shop.

Thomas Barbitta has been named senior vice president of marketing at Coyne Beahm. The Greensboro shop also tapped Cindy Thompson chief financial officer, Amy Weldon interactive researcher and writer and Sarah LeRoy account coordinator.

Raleigh’s Rockett Burkhead & Winslow has advanced senior public relations executives Yvette Ruffin and Dan Headrick to management supervisors.

Jennings/The Agency in Chapel Hill has added graphic designers Kathy Holly and Dave Alsobrooks, account coordinator Kate Miller and brand consultant Jacqueline McNamara.

Amy Bruton has been assigned a senior account executive position at Lyerly Agency in Charlotte. Kelly Peace and Amy Wright are new public relations account executives.

West & Vaughan has recruited veteran copywriter Alex Epstein, most recently on staff at Ogilvy & Mather in Los Angeles. The Raleigh shop has also tapped Scott Pridgen as art director and designer from FGI in Chapel Hill.

Crittendon Advertising has added five employees. Robin Rogers and Brittany Alfaro are new production managers at the Raleigh-based shop, while Kathy McKellar-Lackey is media planner. Allison Buckner fills a junior account executive position and Terry Pope is office manager.
