Trinity Communications in Boston has appointed creative director Jessica Tucceri to its board of directors. The shop also has named Trish Leavitt designer. She was a graphic designer at Northeastern University.
McDermott/O’Neill & Associates in Boston has tapped James Baptiste as general manager and Christine Walsh as director of human resources. Baptiste most recently served as director of business development and marketing with the company, while Walsh was previously office manager.
Boston-based Lehman Millet has rehired Sandy Bodner as vice president of public relations. Bodner was the agency’s director of media relations from 1996 to 1998. She left the company in March to become vice president of media services at Rowland Co. in New York.

Lashley & Co. in Boston has named Victor Lee account executive. Lee was most recently a senior publicist for National Amusements, the parent company of Viacom.
CPS Direct in Woburn has promoted Shawn Pothier to senior vice president, graphics, creative services; Ron Lavallee to vice president of information technology; and Paul Moccia to vice president of operations. Pothier joined the company in 1988 as a vice president. Lavallee previously served as information systems director. Moccia was vice president of production.

Shark Interactive, the online marketing division of Burlington-based Shark Communications, has named Rob Kluin account representative in the integrated marketing services department. Kluin has held positions with IBM and Lockheed Martin.
