Bob Shiffrar has been named creative director at FKQ Advertising in Clearwater. Shiffrar comes to the agency from Arnold Advertising in Boston. The shop also promoted three staff members: John Sparks to executive creative director, Michael Grouse to senior media buyer and planner, and Linda Stanley to administrative assistant.
Crispin Porter & Bogusky in Miami has added Reed Carlson as a media supervisor on its Florida anti-tobacco account. The agency also hired the creative team of Alex Burnard and Renato Floresca as well as graphic designer Jean-Paul Picard.
Alexander Noyes has been appointed information technology advertising sales manager at Editorial Televisa in Miami.
Miami-based Zubi Advertising has added Roberto Abad as an account supervisor.
