Citigate has restructured its U.S. operations, appointing Jim Sansevero senior managing director and naming Mel Hioki and Drew Mayer co-creative directors at Citigate New York.
Michele Woodson, Meredith Diamond and Eileen Scanlon joined Horizon Media, New York, as senior media buyers; Judy Crocco and Karen Gulley arrived as senior buyers; and Todd Harris was hired as an account supervisor.

Susan Cappiello was also promoted to assistant art director; Michele Conroy moved up to associate account supervisor; David Furlong advanced to account director; Lisa Miller was named administrative assistant; and Kathleen Shaw was promoted to senior copywriter.
Sage Marketing in Syracuse, hired Deborah Wallace as an associate account executive. She had worked as a marketing and advertising administrator at another company in central New York State.
Public relations agency M.
