The Chisholm-Mingo Group, New York, named Ron Campbell senior vice president, director of strategic planning, a new position. He founded Campbell Communications and has worked at Foote, Cone & Belding, Benton & Bowles and Uniworld.
Cairns & Associates, New York, hired Katie Rubacky as media director. She had been a producer and talent executive at Lifetime Television.
Citigate has restructured its U.S. operations, appointing Jim Sansevero senior managing director and naming Mel Hioki and Drew Mayer co-creative directors at Citigate New York.
Michele Woodson, Meredith Diamond and Eileen Scanlon joined Horizon Media, New York, as senior media buyers; Judy Crocco and Karen Gulley arrived as senior buyers; and Todd Harris was hired as an account supervisor.
Amanda Gabriel joined Strategic Sports Group, New York, as a marketing executive. She was previously a broadcast manager for the New York/New Jersey MetroStars.
Moore Stickney Associates in Amherst appointed Kelly Lombardo to the position of account executive.
Catalyst Direct, Rochester, named Brian Fenton director of technology. He was most recently director, information technology services at SIGMA Marketing Group.
Marketing Resources, Orchard Park, made several staff changes. David Warfel was appointed to the new position of director, account services; Sara Bossert was named account coordinator; and Richard Matson joined the agency as an account executive. Susan Cappiello was also promoted to assistant art director; Michele Conroy moved up to associate account supervisor; David Furlong advanced to account director; Lisa Miller was named administrative assistant; and Kathleen Shaw was promoted to senior copywriter.
Sage Marketing in Syracuse, hired Deborah Wallace as an associate account executive. She had worked as a marketing and advertising administrator at another company in central New York State.
Public relations agency M. Silver Associates in New York added one staffer and promoted four: Nathalie Pilovetzky joined the firm as vice president; Vince Giandurco advanced to account supervisor; Ned Ward moved up to senior account executive; and Jennifer Butler and Jessica Cincotta were both elevated to assistant account executive in the corporate and travel divisions, respectively.
The American Baby Group, New York, named Emilie Gale senior account manager at American Baby. She was previously technology manager at USA Today. Karn Pittle-Gale was also appointed merchandising director at ABG after serving as senior merchandising manager at Bride’s.

Bill Karl, senior vice president and creative director at Earle Palmer Brown, Philadelphia, has optioned a screenplay to Avenue Pictures in Hollywood and will leave the agency in June. He has also formed Team of One, at which he offers his services as a writer and art director to advertising agencies in New York and Philadelphia.
Jo-Ann Munoz joined the direct marketing group at Gillespie in Lawrenceville as senior vice president. She previously held that title at McCann-Erickson in New York.
Lisa Weaver has joined Linett & Harrison, Millburn, as production manager. Prior to joining the shop, she worked as a freelancer at DKB & Partners, Grafica, Merrill Lynch and other companies.
Keyes Martin Advertising and Public Relations in East Hanover promoted Christie Sara to production director. She joined the agency in 1996 as studio manager.
Lewis Grace Bozell Healthcare Worldwide in Fort Lee hired James Carlson as group account supervisor, Jennifer Talley as account executive and Uma Ginde as group copy supervisor.
Neil Johnston, executive vice president for business development at Enterprise IG, was named managing director of Enterprise IG Health, a joint venture of CommonHealth and Enterprise IG, both in Parsippany. Joseph Gattuso was also promoted to chief strategic officer, CommonHealth, from president of Adient, the company’s Wayne-based marketing unit. James Clifford succeeds him as president of Adient after serving as executive vice president, director of strategic brand marketing, at CommonHealth.
