A MICHIGAN McElfish + Company, Troy, hired Tammy Bliss as senior designer for the firm's print media group. Biggs/Gilmore, Kalamazoo, hired interactive planner Paul Iagnocco, copy editor Linda Hager and maintenance and delivery manager Jamie Hawley. A MINNESOTA Charles Wanous retired from Kerker Marketing Communications in Minneapolis after 33 years. Chuck Kelly will assume Wanous' responsibilities as chairman and CEO. Padilla Speer Beardsley in Minneapolis elected Robert M. Brin vice president. Amy Fisher, Brad Larson and Kelly Tupy were each promoted to senior account executive. Patty Hoffman moved up to account executive at the agency and Bryan Maher was named information system manager.
