ARIZONA Thomas C. Edwards was hired as chief marketing officer for SkyMall in Phoenix. COLORADO Neal Vitale was named president and chief executive officer of Aspen Marketing Group in Evergreen. John Hardy joined The Expert Marketplace/PEN Group as controller. The Englewood firm is an Internet-based virtual consulting group. The Woodard Group, a marketing communications and graphic design firm in Golden, hired Anne Gundersen as senior art director. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Goldberg Moser O'Neill in San Francisco hired Sam K. Wong as an accountability manager and Jennifer Burke and David Storch as forecaster/accountability analysts in the agency's brand planning department. Joining the account management department are account supervisor Jules Vieaux; account executives Paige Burnside, Nicole Doherty, Erin Mervis, Chris Thompson and Tim Wohlpart; assistant account executives Bob Eagen, Shannon Gooding, Andrea Lodzieski, Ryan Sierra, and Shane Studebaker; and account coordinators Todd Aghazadeh and Shannon Palmer. Highway One in San Francisco hired Rob Cowles as a senior account executive and Traci Ford-Psaila as an account executive. Jeff Randle was named general manager of Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger's Sacramento office. The San Diego-based firm has other offices in Los Angeles and Riverside. OREGON Hallock Modey Advertising and Public Relations in Portland appointed Ken Chantry to the post of graphic designer. Interactive designer Greg Pearlman joined ID Inc. in Portland to expand the firm's leadership in the technology marketing area. ID is a corporate and brand identity firm, whose clients include Nike, Hewlett-Packard and Portland Software. Eisenberg in Portland appointed Chad Harder as art director. He will be involved with concept development, graphic design and execution of all visual communication materials. Scott Nance joined Harris Massey Herinckx Advertising and Public Relations in Portland as an account executive. Bailey/Gardiner Creative Communications in San Diego named Francine Crocker vice president of advertising. She previously served as director of marketing for Rancho Santa Fe Technology. The Arbitron Co. named Alisa Joseph national manager of the company's Consumer Information Services unit, working out of Los Angeles. Joseph previously served as Western manager, advertiser/agency services. She joined Arbitron in 1995 as an account executive in the Chicago division. Rogers & Associates in Los Angeles hired Craig P. Rexroad as vice president. Megan Nelson was promoted to senior account coordinator at Morgan Marketing and Public Relations in Irvine. Lesli Lawrence was named senior vice president and account director at Creative Domain Design in Los Angeles. The firm is the print division of Creative Domain, an agency that specializes in entertainment. First Strategic Group in Whittier hired Krista Jackson as an account manager.
