McCann-Erickson, New York, has restructured its account management department. Nine group account directors were promoted to the new post of group managing director: Rich O’Leary, Carol Smith, Robert Montagnese, Claire Roundal, Tim Carlisle, William Grogan, Lee Johnson, Linda Luca and Ander Wensberg. Eric Einhorn, executive vice president, director of strategic planning for McCann-Erickson North America, will also serve in that role on the MasterCard account. O’Leary was also elevated to executive vice president from senior vice president; Smith added duties as director of office operations; and Montagnese and Roundal advanced to executive vice president.
Young & Rubicam in New York hired Knox Millar as executive vice president, human resources.
