Davidson Marketing, Chicago, named Art Wagner vice president and new business director. Previously, he headed his own agency, Blue Sky Advertising. Named vice presidents at Leo Burnett, Chicago, were creative directors Lenora Rand and John Schmidt. New at The Weiser Group in Chicago are director Dennis McSweeney and senior associate Mark Perlman. The newest partner and management supervisor at Euro RSCG Tatham, Chicago, is Mark Pfeifer. Junghwan Choi was named vice president for marketing sciences at Conway/ Milliken & Associates, Chicago. Tech Image Ltd. in Palatine added Cory Jones as an account manager. INDIANA Marlene Hirsch joined Keller Crescent in Evansville as a technical writer. Greg Zirkle was named an account executive at Tri-State Advertising in Warsaw. IOWA New hires at Kragie/Newell in Des Moines were marketing program managers Natasha Forsythe and Stephanie Karstens, art director Stephen Graziano and prospect managers Ericka Paton and Ann Wright. KENTUCKY Joining Kleier Communications in Louisville were graphic designer Christopher Bush, technical assistant Sarah Todd Willoughby, assistant copywriter Sandy Dougherty and assistant accountant Alva Bryant. MICHIGAN Brian Humes was named associate creative director of the newly formed New Media Group at Johnson-Rauhoff in St. Joseph. Donna Costello was promoted to vice president and copy supervisor at Campbell-Ewald, Warren, while Michael Cannon was elevated to vice president and associate creative director. Mark Duthil was named vice president and senior brand creative director at The Berline Group in Bloomfield Hills. Mars Advertising, Southfield, promoted Melissa Misiak to account supervisor. Quell Communications Group in Troy added Peter M. Smudde as its manager of communications services. MINNESOTA Colle & McVoy, Minneapolis, promoted Christine Anderson and Terry Sabean to direct marketing account managers, Jami Stoudt to advertising account manager and Margaret Boggs to traffic manager.
