Reyes most recently served as a broadcast negotiator at Televest/DMB&B, New York. O'Neal also has promoted Erica Donahue to account executive from public relations account coordinator. MASSACHUSETTS Greenberg Seronick O'Leary & Partners in Boston has tapped Beth Heppenstall and Mike Pilato as art directors. Heppenstall, who had been with Ciavarra Design in Boston, will work mainly on the Shaw's Supermarkets account. Pilato, who has been at several shops in the Boston area, will handle various accounts. Arnold Communications in Boston has promoted Jon Castle to senior vice president and management supervisor from vice president. He oversees Volkswagen of America, the agency's showcase account. McDermott/O'Neill & Associates in Boston has hired Virginia Daffron as director of business development and marketing. She had been corporate communications and marketing manager for Vanderweil Engineers, a consulting firm in Boston. Pamela Fielding has been named traffic coordinator at the Momentum Group in East Longmeadow. She had been traffic coordinator and photo librarian for Filene's/May Co. in Boston. LoConte Goldman Design in Boston has tapped Scott Pressler as senior designer and Kenneth Shaw as designer. Pressler for more than 10 years had worked as an independent designer for various broadcast clients, including NBC Sports. He served as creative director for NBC during the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, for which he shared two Emmy awards. Shaw had been freelancing in the Boston area and recently worked at Olive Jar in Brookline as a composite artist. Masha D'yans has joined Devine & Pearson in Quincy as art director. She will work on campaigns for Chinet, ServicEdge, Bay State Millings and others. D'yans had been with Vienna, AUS in Newton, where she oversaw mural design and production. John Wolfarth has been advanced to vice president and creative team leader at Hill, Holliday Interactive, Boston. He had been vice president, associate creative director. Weber Public Relations Worldwide in Cambridge has promoted Andrew Eberle to vice president of technology and applications and Scott MacIver to vice president of interactive communications. Both had been directors in the agency's technology and interactive communications division. Dave Foster has joined the Melton Agency in Walpole as an art director, where he will handle clients such as First Essex Bank, Lawrence General Hospital and MetroWest Bank. He had worked as a freelance art director. Carol Wilgus has been promoted to vice president and manager of advertising for Natick-based BJ's Wholesale Club. She had been assistant vice president of the advertising department, where she helped develop broadcast and print campaigns and oversaw promotional efforts.
