A HAWAII Jerry Blue was promoted to account supervisor at The Schiller Group, Honolulu. Milici Valenti Ng Pack added Markus Staib as account supervisor and Tina Serikaku as account executive on its McDonald's of Hawaii account. The Honolulu agency also appointed Patricia Eng chief financial officer/treasurer.
