Porter Novelli, New York, promoted Paula Butler to senior vice president and Leslie Cohen to vice president in its consumer marketing unit and added Belle Gauvry as senior vice president and director of media relations. Abenaa Hayes and Rhea Juntereal joined the agency's healthcare division as senior account executive and account executive, respectively. Philip DeCarlo, most recently a senior sales representative at Parade, returned to Hearst Special Publications, New York, as advertising director. Bon Appƒtit, New York, appointed Cheryl Wilbur director of marketing and strategic planning and Sandra Slokenbergs account manager. Ken Jordan, creative director at Icon New Media, and Rick Brizzee, formerly with Lowe & Partners/SMS, moved to Anderson & Lembke in New York as director of new media development and senior account planner, respectively.
