Who better than legendary Motown artists The Miracles to sing at an event called “Miracles on1st Street”?

That’s just one of the high notes SicolaMartin of Austin, Texas, helped bring to the Children’s Hospital of Austin’s annual fundraising gala.

The event, which raised $318,000 last week for the hospital’s “Campaign for Children,” was held at the Austin Convention Center.

The agency, working with hospital volunteers from the initial planning stages, integrated all event materials and sponsorship solicitation pieces. To go with the “Miracles on 1st Street” theme, SicolaMartin created a newspaper-style invitation (The Miraculous Times), posters, programs and raffle cards.

The agency followed up with a thank-you ad to the 1,100 attendees in this month’s Texas Monthly.

Children’s Hospital of Austin serves the46-county Central Texas region, offering medical and surgical care to children regardless of their parents’ ability to pay.

In particular, the “Campaign for Children” supports hospital expansion and an endowment underwriting staff recruitment and the purchase of medical equipment.
