LOS ANGELES Heil-Brice Retail Advertising has promoted Jeff Morris to president and Michael Robertson to executive creative director, the agency said.

Morris, 43, had been evp of account services, starting at the Newport Beach, Calif., agency 14 years ago and overseeing the growth of its client roster to include Ralphs grocery stores, the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Clippers and DreamWorks SKG, among others. Morris said that as president his goal would be to refine the agency’s tactical plan.
